You will find here natural environment to discover multiple untouched landscapes ; the National School of Bakery (Ecole Nationale Supérieure de la Pâtisserie) in Yssingeaux, gastronomy world crossroads, is only a few minutes away from our home.

Nature
Hiking and family walking, out of our door or on large and official footpaths, there is a sound range of tracks to try either with your family or as demanding walkers. You will thus discover the neighbourhood and the Lignon's gorges !
Spring, Summer, Automn or winter : Wild berries picking in the summer, mushrooms in the autumn, and when comes the winter, get your nordic skis !
You
can also visit the large
open markets on Thursdays in Yssingeaux, on Wednesdays in
Retournac…
Get
on your mounts : animal or mecanical, come and visit the
tracks with horses, mountains bikes, quads
; various equestrian farms offer horses and
donkey rides (Yssingeaux, Bas en Basset,
Monastier, Tence)...
Golfs
: 25 and 30 kms away, you can enjoy the 18 hole golf course of le Chambon
sur Lignon and the 9 hole golf course of le Puy
en Velay
Climbing, escalarbre,
accrobranche, via ferrata : if found of dizzy
feelings, come and try one of the numerous ways we have to offer in our

Fishing in a very large numbers of
trout rivers and in the ranked Lignon river

- mid of september, the medieval festival "king of birds" in le Puy en Velay
Gastronomy
When
it is time to eat, you surely will appeciate local cooking : the green
lentils of the Puy, porc saltings, wild berries…you will enjoy small
surrending restaurants

go and taste the Auvergne cooking only 25 minutes away at the famous Regis
Marcon restaurant, 3 stars in the Michelin Guide, Vidal in St Julien Chapteuil, les Cedres
